Hi Sarah. Thanks for your kind note. Unfortunately I’m not good at writing down (or reading) music and tablature. If I get a moment in the next couple of weeks I’ll try. My advice would be listen hard, try to get the basic frailing strum down (a good place to start is some of Patrick Costello’s videos on YouTube) and most of all but most of all try to enjoy the journey

This is beautiful. I’ve been looking for a banjo tab for this song, is there anyway you have it written out or have any pointers? I am a beginning banjo player but have been in love with birds and ships for a very long time. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful version.
